What is the difference between your PVC-Free Plastisol and traditional Plastisol?
A: Our PVC-Free Plastisol offers the same excellent workability as traditional plastisol—it won't dry in the screen and provides high opacity. However, it replaces harmful PVC resins and phthalate plasticizers with sustainable, non-toxic alternatives, meeting strict global environmental and REACH standards.

Are your inks suitable for high-speed automatic screen printing presses?
A: Yes. Our inks are specifically formulated for high-volume industrial printing. They feature a creamy texture, excellent shear-thinning properties, fast flashing times, and non-blocking performance, ensuring smooth continuous production on automatic presses without frequent screen cleaning.

Do your white inks provide good coverage on dark garments?
Problem: The ink is too thick or has poor flow and is difficult to spread evenly on the substrate. Solution: Use curable thinner to adjust the ink viscosity. Maintain a warm working environment as lower temperatures will cause the ink to thicken.

Why is the ink washing out or cracking after laundry?
A: This is almost always caused by under-curing. Plastisol ink must reach the full curing temperature throughout the entire thickness of the ink layer, not just the surface. Ensure your dryer belt speed and temperature are calibrated properly.
